Heidelberg Graphics has signed to be the latest occupier moving to Stockley Park, securing space at Union building owned by Tritax Income Property Fund.
Taking over ground floor space ( 19,700 square feet) Heidelberg Graphics is known for printing and packaging and will be relocating from Brentford, where the company has been based since 1979.
Union is a 74,886-square-foot office at 1 Furzeground Way, that reached practical completion in spring 2021. It has an EPC rating of A(18), which is the highest in the Thames Valley, and is designated fully Carbon Neutral Capable, a first in the West London office market. External space offers terrace seating overlooking a picturesque lake at Stockley Park and is positioned close to the recently renovated The Retreat enlivenment space.
