Throughout September 2025, Stockley Park occupiers were asked to donate children’s books for the Stockley Park Children’s Book Donation Drive.
We are thrilled to share that a staggering 1,047 books were kindly donated and collected by the Children’s Book Project—a fantastic charity
dedicated to spreading the joy of reading by supporting schools and individual children across the UK.
The charity’s mission is to combat book poverty. Shockingly, one in three disadvantaged children in the UK owns fewer than ten books*, and one in ten has none at all.
Thanks to your generosity, these books will now be read, cherished, and loved by children who need them most.
