1 Furzeground Way: Union Stockley Park

04.02.21

As part of an exciting uplift to a few of Stockley Park’s buildings around the Roundwood Avenue/ Furzeground Way junction, the following showcases our latest full refurbishment; 1 Furzeground Way, now known as Union Stockley Park (Union).

The extensive work commissioned by owners Tritax, has seen architect TP Bennett completely transform the interior of the building. The full height atrium offers a spacious area for informal meeting spaces plus
a self-serve coffee bar. Overseeing the atrium is a new signature staircase that connects to all floors.

Providing for the wellbeing of the occupiers, the building now houses a secure interior bicycle store, leading to showers and locker space. The proximity of one of Stockley Park’s larger lakes to Union is an advantage as the occupiers will now be able to relax from its new
west-facing lakeside terrace.

Sustainability is at the heart of the development, with ten electric charging points added to the 225-space car park and the building being “Carbon Neutral Capable”, with a EPC target “A” and designed to BREEAM “Very Good” or better. There is also a WiredScore “Gold” accreditation.

The building has been designed for either large corporations or SMEs, with space available from c.8,000sqft to 72,564sqft. Each floor offers unbroken open plan areas up to 23,444sqft.

Union is due to be completed at the end of February 2021 and further information can be found from the online brochure or by contacting will.foster@knightfrank.com or jack.riley@knightfrank.com
